Instructions

1. This hall ticket is valid only for the examinations mentioned in the table above.
2. Please check all the information given in this hall ticket carefully. If there is any discrepancy in your course package or identification information,
please contact the Registration Cell, WILP Division at registration@wilp.bits-pilani.ac.in immediately. Always quote your BITS ID No. and name in all
email transactions.
3. You must keep this hall ticket during the examination along with one of the government issued photo identity card like Aadhar, Passport, PAN or
driving license. You will NOT be permitted to appear in examinations without the hall ticket.
4. You are required to have a Laptop / Desktop with an embedded Camera / separate Web Cam unit for appearing for the online proctored
examinations. Please note that this is mandatory. Note that in case you do not have a Web Camera, you will not be able to take the exam. You will
NOT be permitted to attempt the exam using a Mobile Phone.
5. Please check the course number and course title that appear on the question paper and ensure it is the same as per hall ticket.
6. For online proctored examinations, you should login using the link at the scheduled time and submit your Photo & ID Proof for the cross verification
by the proctors. Please note that for ID Proof, you have to present only the downloaded Hall Ticket. Please don't present any other ID card as your
ID Proof in the system.
7. The mid semester examinations this semester are OPEN LAPTOP and OPEN BOOK type. You are allowed to use only a laptop / desktop, a
mobile phone and a scientific calculator while taking the exam. These devices and a writing pad may be kept in close proximity during the
examination. Use of any other device would be considered as unfair means.
8. Use of any unfair means / malpractice would result in severe disciplinary action.
9. The proctors could be contacted for any help during the examination.
10. The Instructions & Test Guidelines will be emailed to you. You can also refer to announcements made on the eLearn portal.
11. Wearing a face Mask for the entire exam duration is mandatory for all students taking exams at an Exam Center. All students will have to
mandatorily undergo a body temperature check and hand sanitization before entering the examination hall.
12. Exam Center details will be emailed to students who have opted for taking exams at an Exam Center.
13. For taking exams at exam centers, please report at the exam venue 60 minutes before the start of each exam.
