INDEMINITY BOND

I Narendra Reddy, Badge ID: 1013802 residing at 10, 5th Main Road, Seethappa Layout,
Cholangar, RT Nagar PO, Bangalore -32 do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that the Car
model Hyundai Elite i20 Sportz+ issued by Dell International Services Pvt Ltd (the Company) as
on 5th July 2019 to be used exclusively by me.

I hereby certify that from the above said date, I am the sole user of the Car and the same has
been in my possession ever since.

I am in agreement & in line with Dell Carlease program which states Team member is
responsible to ensure valid insurance is in force during the lease period. Team Member has to
ensure that the insurance is renewed within 10 working days prior to the expiry dates of the
insurance & cover note is shared with the car lease team. In case copy of cover note/policy not
being provided to the car lease team 10 working days (2 weeks) prior to insurance renewal
date – car lease team reserves the right to advise car lease vendor to renew the insurance as
per existing coverage and the premium amount with additional charges (if any) will be deducted
from the team member’s salary.

And I am also in the agreement & in line with Dell Carlease program which states that in the
event of closure of lease it is the responsibility of the Team member to transfer the ownership of
the car from company name to self/3rd party within 60 days of receiving the NOC (NOC issued
by the leasing company is valid for 60days from the date of issue). Complete closure of the car
lease is a necessary criterion towards Full and Final settlement for concerned team member. In
case Team member has resigned and has not closed the car lease (by paying the closure
values and getting the NOC) or has not transferred the ownership (to self or third party) post the
termination date will delay the F & F settlement.

Dell shall be entitled to initiate appropriate legal action and Dell reserves the rights to withhold
team member’s salary until ownership transfer is completed by me.

In the interim any untoward event where the vehicle is involved in an accident or vehicle is
subjected to misuse / acts which are not permissible under law then the sole responsibility will
lie on the user of the vehicle that is yourself and Dell cannot be held liable.

I further certify the following:

THAT THERE IS NO CIVIL OR CRIMINAL CASE PENDING AGAINST THE ABOVE SAID
VEHICLE.

I WILL ATTEND TO ANY NOTICES, SHOWCASE NOTICES ISSUED AGAINST THIS

VEHICLE.
I shall indemnify and keep the Company against any claims, loss or damages sustained by the
Company and against any legal proceeding against the company on account of any of the facts
set out in my undertaking above are untrue.
