Subject: Request for registration of failed course and the improvement of previous
course

Respected sir,
I am BS (DS) student at fast university and has completed my first
semester. At the time of registration, I had registered 4 courses. Among of 4
courses, 3 courses were registered but programming fundamentals (the subject
that I couldn't pass) is not registered. I had tried multiple times but it has not been
registered.
Along with that, I want to register additional previous course (calculus and
analytical geometry) in which I couldn't get good grade (got D grade).

Kindly consider this matter on priority basis. I shall be obliged enough.
