Thank you very much for selecting our hotel as the host for your forthcoming event.
Reference to our recent discussion pertaining to the above subject and am pleased to append below our
quotation for your kind perusal.

RM 35.00 x 30 paxs = RM 1050.00

Late Check out Late check out charges between 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm is chargeable at 50% of
the paying rate and subject to room availability

VALIDITY/FINAL ARRANGEMENT
We would require your confirmation by 17 FEBRUARY 2022 in order for us to hold the space for this intended
function as per your requirement stipulated above. Please take note that this is only a tentative booking and is
not guaranteed. Our hotel reserves the right to release this space unless a written confirmation has been received
from your organization. Failing which the space held will be automatically released without prior notice. This is
to ensure that the space blocked that you do not require can be sold to another non-conflicting organization.

DEPOSIT/BALANCE OF PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required of the total estimated amount upon confirmation of this offer. Your final arrangement
on the number of persons/tables attending for this function must be given to us in writing seven (7) days before
the commencement of the function together with the balance of payment. Payment for other miscellaneous
charges can be made to us after the function.
Balance of payment for the duration of stay must be remitted to us at least seven (7) days prior to arrival of your
personnel or guests. Payment can be made either by cash/ cheque/credit card/local order in favour:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows: -

45 Days and above : No cancellation fee will be levied.

Within 30 – 45 Days : 30% cancellation fee will be levied from the total cost.
Less than 30 Days : Full cancellation fee will be levied on the total cost.

AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY

We anticipate that there may be some other additional requirements of incidental charges during the function
proper. Therefore, we would be much obliged if you could furnish us a list of the officers that are authorized to
sign charges to the master account folio. No one will be allowed to sign charges unless stipulated in your
correspondence to us

Kindly sign and return to us a copy of this letter as an indication of your acceptance to our offer at your earliest
convenience for our record.
