Subject : Mathematics
Class/Semester : VII / II
Main Material : Arithmatic Social (Tax & Interest)
Time Allocation : 8 hours of study (3 meetings)

Main activity • Divide students into 5 groups. Each group consists of 30 minutes
3-4 students.
• Directing students to sit in groups
• Delivering the material in outline
• Invite students to ask if there is something that is not
yet understood
• Calling one group member from each group to share
the number of each group member
• Direct students to use the number to their heads
• Direct each group to discuss the correct answer and
ensure each group can complete it well
• Asking students to discuss together about learning
• Coordinate students for discussions
• After the discussion is over, ask students if there is
anything they want to ask
• Explain back to students if there are things that do not
understand
• Calling all student numbers to explain the results of the
discussion in accordance with the numbers from
various groups
• Ask other groups with the same number if there are
differences in answers, if there are, then ask students to
explain in front of the class
• Confirm all results of answers from students
Closure • Ask if there are things that are not understood 5 minutes
• Give appreciation to students who have followed
today's lesson well.
• Provide homework assignments in the form of practice
questions to students.
• Guiding students in presenting conclusions
• Close the lesson by saying hello and leaving the room.

Introductoring Or Motivational Activities
The teacher enters the class
Teacher : “Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb. Children?”
Teacher : “Good morning children” (while putting books and teaching tools
on the table)
Teacher : “How are you guys this morning?”
Teacher : “Alhamdulillah.. Well, the teacher checks attendance first”
Teacher : “Okay, before we start the lesson, is there anything you want to ask
about yesterday’s materials?”
Teacher : “Ok, now we will form a group for you discuss with the group about
today’s material, to form a group today according to the number of
absences, okay?”
Teacher : “Good, each group now has 5 people, now please sit down with your
respective groups”
Main Activity
Teacher : “Today’s material is about taxes, please each group discuss what tax
is that we talked about briefly yesterday and make 3 questions about
taxes to exchange questions with other group, any question?”
Teacher : “Okay, I’ll give you 15 minutes to do it, is that enough?”

After 15 minutes
Teacher : “Ok, the all groups will exchange questions to work on, 15 minutes to
do it, if you dont understand, you can ask me”

(For 15 minutes group representative are presenting)


Teacher : “Okey, now you present the questions and answers, for group
representatives, and only 1 questions that you present then you collect
your questions and answers, one group only collects 1 paper.”
Closure
After all of them have presented their answers and the teacher has responded to
the students answers that are not quite right.
Teacher : “Did you understand? Any question?”
Teacher : “Tell me what you got at this meeting”
Teacher : “Good, hopefully todays material is useful for you”

Then all groups have collected their work, then the teacher end today meeting.
Teacher : ‘ Okay, because everyone already understands what social arithmatic
is, especially taxes and tax formulas, hopefully it will be userful for all
of you, since todays meeting time is over, I’ll end it,
Assalamu’alaikum Wr.Wb. See you next week”
