Design Brief
Image of The design a range of high-end ne jewellery for Boucheron, inspired from the ancient

final architecture and culture of the Middle East. The designs must be made for Boucheron’s client
all over the world but should focus on the Middle East market where the brand’s popularity and

product sales are growing. The product should re ect the architecture or culture of Middle East but at
the same time be highly contemporary for the modern audience. The designs should follow
Boucheron’s design language, and could incorporate the following:

1. Multi-wear 4. Modernising tradition

2. Incorporating unusual materials 5. Creating emotion

3. Unique techniques and innovation

Client profile
The collection is supposed to ful l the aesthetic needs of a young, bold, and vibrant woman who
loves to step out of the monotony and stand out of the crowd.
They love to wear exclusive designer jewellery and do not hesitate to go dramatic on their appeal of
being free spirited and open to change. These women are self dependent and do not hesitate to
show the world that they are unique in their own way.

Inspiration
The lifecycle of a dandelion is the basis for this concept. It blooms into
a yellow ower, giving out warmth and positivity, however, its
splendour doesn’t end here. In its nal stage, the seeds fearlessly blow
away into the unfathomable sky. It symbolises the strength of moving
forward and away after a seemingly bleak time in our lives.
