Liaise with customers on the Ballistic Missile Defense System Support (BMDSS) Ta
sk Order to determine and develop requirements, develop change request packages
and coordinate the efforts of various work centers to implement the requests. Ma
nage multiple change requests daily in different stages of implementation. Super
vise matrix personnel that support installation. Develop and present briefings t
o senior leadership. Work with Configuration Management to ensure all baselined
project documentation is correct. Coordinate and vet schedule across multiple st
akeholders. Updated the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Implementation En

Successfully completed, ahead of schedule, the International Point of Presence
(IPoP) Lab that supports NATO and US Allied testing.

se System Support (BMDSS) Task Order test laboratories supporting the integratio
n and testing of C2BMC Spiral software releases. Supervised system administrator
s, network engineers and software engineers in loading new software applications
and updates, equipment changes and maintenance. Developed Operating Instruction
s to ensure consistent execution of Spiral loads. Controlled the scheduling of l
aboratory test requirements. Provided metrics for workload analysis and assistan
ce with budgets.

ator (BMDI) Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE) laboratories. Supervised sys
tem administrators, network engineers and configuration management specialists i
n loading new software applications and updates, making equipment changes, suppo
rting testing and maintaining the laboratories. Assisted senior management with
budgets by providing metrics for analysis. Developed and presented briefings to
the Configuration Control and Requirements Review Boards for senior leadership.

Spearheaded developing a schedule to manage the use of the laboratory and all o
