Plaintiff script.
Varsha (Speaker 1): The council seeks permission to approach the podium.
Judge: Proceed.

Varsha (Speaker 1): The council seeks permission to the bench as Lordship/Ladyship.
Judge: Proceed.

Varsha (Speaker 1): The council would be taking eight minutes of the courts time and my co-
council would be taking the remaining eight minutes.
Judge: Proceed.

Varsha (Speaker 1): Your Lordship the council now would be stating the facts.
(After stating facts)
Varsha (Speaker 1): If your Lordship is satisfied with the facts of the case, the council will
now proceed with the Statement of the jurisdiction of the case.
Judge: Procced.

Varsha (Speaker 1): The plaintiff has approached this Hon’ble Court Under Sec 9 of CPC.
Judge: Proceed.

Varsha (Speaker 1): The council would now be stating issues of the case.
Judge: Proceed.

Varsha (Speaker 1): Tell two issues.

Varsha (Speaker 1): The council will now be stating the arguments related to issue one.
Judge: Proceed.
Varsha (Speaker 1): State issue one.
After Issue one arguments.
