AVSSX·AVSSH·AESSX Super Thin Heat-resistant Low-voltage Wires for Automobiles
A : Low-voltage wires for automobiles V : Vinyl E : Polyethylene
SS : super thin type X : Crosslinked H : Heat-resistant
USE
á Wires used in low voltage circuits in automobiles (vehicles and motorcycles); especially used for circuits requiring heat resistance.
FEATURES
Type AVSSXáAESSX Wires are still thinner than type AVXáAEX Wires while ensuring equivalent performance.
Provides higher reliability in heat resistance than conventional AVSS wires due to cross-linked insulation.
Changing the insulation material from 'cross-linked & heat-resistant' to 'heat-resistant' has reduced the cost of AVSSH by
elimination of irradiating process.
Performance of AVSSH is equivalent to those of AVX and AVSSX (100℃ of heat resistance)

REFERENCE : Characteristics for Heat-Resistance and Its Life

Note: The current limit and other characteristics values in this catalog are based on single
wire cores, and are intended to be used as reference when selecting low-voltage
electric circuit wires for automobiles. These values vary depending on the conditions
of use, such as the number of wires bundled. When making selections for actual use,
please contact our sales department.
