Pro I General Rules and Regulations:

You can activate or deactivate your package by visiting any of our sales outlets.

The package consists of a Postpaid Data SIM, a one-year contract and an unlimited data allowance.

The service will continue normally and the same monthly fee of SR 350 will apply after the end of the contract period.

The subscriber will pay a penalty fee in case of breaching the contract before it expires.

The penalty fee – SR 600 minus SR 50 for every month of service usage – only applies in case of service cancellation
during the contractual period and is calculated on a monthly, not daily, basis.

Pro II General Rules and Regulations:

You can activate or deactivate your package by visiting any of our sales outlets.

The package consists of a Postpaid Data SIM and a 10-month subscription. If you use the service for 10 months, you
will receive 2 additional months of free subscription.

The service will continue normally and the same monthly fee of SR 199 will apply after the end of the contract period.

The subscriber will not pay a penalty fee in case of service cancellation during or after the contractual period.

The offer also applies to regular SIM cards, and is not confined to Data SIM cards.

What is QUICKnet Pro I?
It is the fastest wireless Internet broadband service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with up to 42.2 Mbps in speed and
is based on state-of-the-art HSPA+ technology.

How do I activate/deactivate the package?

To activate the package, visit any of our sales outlets. You will sign a one-year contract. You will receive a QUICKnet
42 Mbps USB Modem, a QUICK Router WiFi or a QUICK MyFi based on your needs, in addition to an
unlimited STC WiFi voucher valid throughout the subscription period. To deactivate the package, visit any of our sales
outlets. You get to keep the modem. In case you decide to end the contract prematurely, a penalty fee applies.

What is the subscription period and the data limit?

The subscription is for one year with an unlimited data size; all for SR 350 per month.

When does the unlimited data capacity expire?

It expires a year from the subscription date. Once the contract expires, the same monthly rates apply to the service
and you will not be penalized if you decide to cancel the service.

Is there a penalty fee in case the subscriber decides to deactivate the package? And what is it?

Before the contract expires:

Yes, the penalty fee is SR 600 minus SR 50 for every month of service usage.
