FASE PRAINTERAKSI

  Pada suatu ketika ada anak remaja yang sedang pergi ke toko untuk membeli sepatu, mereka
naik sepeda motor pergi ke toko sepatu. Saat di perjalanan, mereka terjadi kecelakaan
terserempet mobil, akhirnya mereka kecelakaan, lalu ada seorang bapak dan ibu yang
menolongnya dan menelfon rumah sakit untuk membawanya dengan ambulan. Mereka pun
dibawa kerumah sakit.

FASE ORIENTASI
Sesampainya di rumah sakit penolong langsung  meminta  perawat segeraa di tangani

kecelakaan dan saya    bawa ke RSU. Tolong ibu segera
datang ke RSU.
apa….?? Iya…  Saya akan segera datang…. terima kasih. …

Di RS
Beberapa waktu kemudian keluarga dari anak datang ke RS dalam keadaan panik.

Ortu    (OPI)              : dimana anak saya dan gimana keadaannya…??

Penolong (RIKA)       : ini anaknya masih ditangani tim medis.
Ortu (OPI)                : ya sudah terima kasih atas bantuannya….

FASE KERJA

 FASE TERMINASI
(setelah mengisi identitas pasien perawat II membantu perawat I untuk melakukan
perawatan pasien)

Perawat I(CIA)        : apa yang dirasakan dek…?

Pasien I (NIDA)          : saya merasa pusing, mual, dan badan terasa sakit semua.
Perawat I(CIA)         : iya dek… sabar dulu ya….

(perawat melakukan anamnesa atau TTV)

Perawat I(CIA)        : (melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan kepada dokter).

Perawat I (CIA)        : luka adek akan dilakukan tindakan untuk menghentikan perdarahan,
tahan sebentar ya dek, di suntik dulu.
Pasien (NIDA)          : iya mbak…
Perawat I(CIA)        : (melakukan tindakan heating, membersihkan luka-luka, dan
memberi kompres hangat pada daerah hematom pada kepala)
Perawat I (CIA)         : (setelah melakukan tindakan perawat berkomunikasi dengan ortu)
                          Bu luka dek nida udah di tangani tapi dilihat dulu keadaan anak ibu
jika mual dan bengkaknya yang di kepala tambah besar harus di
rawat inap, tapi jika tidak terjadi pembengkakan di kepala, dek
candri boleh di bawa pulang.
Perawat I (CIA)       : (setengah sampai 1 jam perawat kembali memeriksa keadaan
candri) Dek keadaan masih mual atau tidak.
Pasien (NIDA)            : sudah agak mendingan mbak, tapi masih sedikit pusing.
Perawat (CIA)         : ya, nanti adek boleh pulang dan nanti minum obat yang diberikan
dokter ya….
                        Nanti luka jahitannya jangan sampai kena air ya…
                        Dan jangan pilih pilih makanan, nanti kalau sudah 3 hari dan obat
sudah habis kontrol kembali ke RSU ya…
Pasien & ortu             : iya mbak…

PRAINTERACTION PHASE
