Ref: DMWO's Rules and Regulations — Amendment No. 6 dated 1% March, 2018. ‘On consideration of request from some members of DMWO. Itis decided by the Executive body/ DMWO to issue revised car parking policy for further clarification and implementation. The last date for depositing of parking charges was extended up to 15" May, 2018 and an interest rate of 11% p.a. was chargeable for payments after 15" May, 2018. The interest rate has now been rationalized at 10% p.a. for all types of delay in payments. Itis requested to all unit holders to submit the options for additional car parking or two wheeler parking in addition to the compulsory parking and 2 BHK flat owners to submit option for open or covered car parking. All members are also requested to deposit the parking charges as per their option and final adjustment will be made after the allotment of parking lots. The last dates of the receipt of options will be 30.9.2018. The DMWO shall be free to allot the parking charges for the remaining flat owners as per the availability of the remaining parking lots. As per the Parking Plan-3 the following numbers of parking lots are available: 1. Covered Parking in Basement: > Primary Car : 425 > Secondary Car: 89 > Two-Wheeler : 128 PS 2. Open Parking at Ground:- > Car Parking : 233 > Two- Wheeler : 50 3. Total Parking:- > Car Parking : 747 > Two- Wheeler : 178 B. The allotment will be in the following manner: - - Primary covered car parking will be allotted essentially to all 358 unit holders of 4BHK, 3BHK+Study, 3BHK (Type-A), 3BHK (Type-B) and 2BHK+Study. 2. Covered two wheeler parking will be allotted essentially to all 102 unit holders of studio and studio (NS). 3. 18 open car parking will be allotted to 18 shops as shopper's parking. Space of two covered car parking will be kept as washing area. 4. 15 open car parking and 20 open two wheeler parking will be kept as visitor's parking. 7 5. 2BHK unit holders will have option for essential car parking from 176 open and 65 covered car parking. 6. Studio unit holders can also opt for a car parking in addition to essential two wheeler Parking from available 24 open car parking/ covered car parking. 7. Any unit holder can opt an additional car parking from 89 secondary covered car parking as twin car parking in addition to covered car parking only. 8. Any unit holder can also opt for two wheeler parking in addition to essential car Parking/ two wheeler parking at 10% discount on additional two wheeler parking. 9. The cost of dwelling unit will be increased on account of parking. The Cost of covered V car parking shall be Rs. 2.25 lacs, open car parking will be Rs. 1.50 lacs, covered two wheeler parking will be Rs.60,000/- & open two wheeler parking shall be Rs. 45,000/-10. Twin car parking having primary with secondary car parking in basement will be available at the total cost of Rs. 3.75 lacs. 11.In case the availability of parking is less than the demand of covered/ open parking spaces, the allotment will be made by draw of lots. . In view of above allotment the following rules are proposed for these of parking: - 1. All parking's will be earmarked with flat numbers and nearest parking willbe alloted as far as possible. 2. One car parking will be essential forall 2BHK and above. One two-wheeler covered parking will be essential for studio apartments. 3. Four-wheeler and two-wheeler car parking shall be allotted on ownership basis to the residents on payment of prescribed charges. 4. No occupant will be allowed to park his vehicle in the parking plots of other members or in the visitor's parking even though the same are laying vacant. 5. Compulsorily, all members will have minimum one parking as per the type of unit. 6. Allvehicles entering the Pearl Residency shall have to bear a sticker indicating parking lot number, duly validated on six monthly basis and visitor's vehicle will have entry token from the entry gate. 7.
