EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument made and executed this 5th day of April 2022,
in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, by and between the
following:

CORAZON C. AQUINO, of legal age, widow of BENIGNO

SIMEON AQUINO, JR., Filipino, and a resident of No. 25
Times Street, Quezon City;

MARIA ELENA C. AQUINO, of legal age, single,

Filipino, and a resident of No. 25 Times Street, Quezon
City;

AURORA CORAZON C. AQUINO, of legal age, single,

Filipino, and a resident of No. 25 Times Street, Quezon
City;

BENIGNO SIMEON C. AQUINO III, of legal age,

single, Filipino, and a resident of No. 25 Times Street,
Quezon City;

VICTORIA ELISA C. AQUINO, of legal age, single,

Filipino, and a resident of No. 25 Times Street, Quezon
City;

KRISTINA BERNADETTE C. AQUINO, of legal age,

single, Filipino, and a resident of No. 25 Times Street,
Quezon City;

WHEREAS, the above-named parties hereto are the

legitimate and compulsory heirs of BENIGNO SIMEON AQUINO,
JR. who died on August 21, 2021 without any Will or Testament
and any outstanding debt in favor of any person or entity.

That the said deceased, at the time of his death left one-half
(1/2) portion as his conjugal share from a real property situated in
No. 25 Times Street, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate
Title No. 082183 with an area of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
(1600) SQUARE METERS more or less which is registered under
the name of BENIGNO SIMEON AQUINO, JR., married to CORAZON
C. AQUINO.

WHEREAS, the parties, pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of

the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, hereby by these
presents agree to divide and adjudicate among themselves the
one-half (1/2) of the above-mentioned real property.

That the parties herein agreed that a true copy of this

extrajudicial settlement be published once a week for three
consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation and to
become an integral part of this document.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein have hereunto

signed this agreement on the 5th day of April 2022 at Quezon City.
