Detailed analysis on FMCG Sector and

Britannia Industries Ltd.

Abstract:

This project provides a complete overview of FMCG sector and help us understand the behavior
and choice of wholesaler, Retailers and consumers in day to day activities in a better way. This
project will also help in analyzing the success of company Britannia Ltd.
Research methodology used:
Primary research:
In our project we will create a questionnaire for our target audience, the targeted audience is
retailers and customers in retail marts and small grocery shops. We will collect our sample through
telephonic interview.
Secondary research:
In our project we have made use of annual reports of Britannia its call transcript, investors
presentation and internet.

The learning and the objective from this project is to understand the background and the historic
data of the company. Analyzing the future trends, future earning through projected financial data,
with the help of financial valuation and modelling. Its aim is to examine the ongoing trend and study
the upcoming trend with demand drivers and future growth.
