I’m sorry to tell you this, but my laptop is unusable. The monitor suddenly displayed nothing.
Mr. Subagio : We apologize for the damage caused to our items. We will help to process the
warrant of the items.
Mr. Subagio : You can send proof of damaged goods to us and bring a warranty card and invoice
for the purchase of goods.

yesterday afternoon the screen was broken. In connection with this damage, we will ask for
action from you in the form of a guarantee for the goods we bought from your store.
Together with this we will submit a letter of complete warranty that will be needed, in the
warranty process.
