Use Case Diagram


Customer use case
1.Login:

Here user can login to the system through there email id and password.

2.Register

Here user are able to register to the system by adding there email Id and other details like name,last
name,phone number.

3.Search service:

User are able to search the services which they want for there car.

4.Select service:

Once they select search there service which they want for there car after that they select that service for the
conformation of that particular services.

5.Book services:

Once the selection and the searching part is done than the user have to select the book services for the
conformation.

6.View bill:

User is able to view there bill related to the services.

7.update profile:

User also able to update there profile like change password and also able to view there profile detail.

Manager use case

1.Login:

Manager is able to login to the web app through there email id and password

2.Manage user and full application:

Manager is able manage the user and view there order and order detail and view the full application

3.Manage booking:

Manager is able to manage the booking related services in the web app of the user

4.Manage repair car:

Manager is able to manage the repair the car detail so that manager is able to keep track on the reapir car to
provide information to the user

5.Manage customer:

Manager provide information to the user that there car service is done and taking feed back from the user
about the car service that it should be properly done or not
6.Manage Insurance:

Manager is taking care of the insurance of the user car and providing them information that when
there insurance is going to finish

Staff use case diagram

1.Login

Staff member is also able to login through there login id and password.

2.Customer service request:

Staff member taking care of the service request of the customer that what are services that a customer want
for there car base on that they provide there service.

3.Create issue:

Staff member create an issue if the service is not able to done they have selected for the car and providing the
proper detail of that particular issue

4.Add part

Staff member add the spare parts to the web app which is newely available in the web app.

5.update profile:

Staff member is also able to update there profile and they are able change the password and also able to view
there profile .
