Introduction
In the fast-changing world, information technology and information management are going to
play an important role. We are living in the technical age during past some year. The
technology has gaining popularity. Technology revolution found its way into almost every
aspect of human life and living. A technology is admirably suited to handle any information
and hence is an information processor that is, it can receive data, perform some basic
operations on that data and produces results according to a predetermined program.

The Tutorzz is an online platform which brings teachers, parents and students together. This
is where you can find qualified and experienced home/online tutors to work with students of
all ages, from Pre-Nursery to Intermediate, covering all academic subjects and general
interest/hobby classes.

This application will provide a platform where any class student can get a good qualified
tutor in just one click. This proposed application will help from both ends from student and or
their parents end as well as from tutor end.

Objective
The purpose of this project is to provide a platform that the problem finds the tutorial class in
your city quickly. It will provide a way for connecting student at a virtual bridge where they
can interact with our platform and find the suitable tutorial class. It is the way to connect
student with a virtual environment to search the tutors and tutorial classes.

In the background of this web application was all the manual work which was done to search
a tutor, Now by introducing & using a web based application would reduce a lot of time and
money which was done that would be done by the computer system and status report
regarding various aspects would be instantly got.

Now the user would enjoy the web technology Advancement and the management would be
so easy.
Existing System:

In Existing System the students and parents need to visit the nearest tutorial point in search of
tutors for their choice of subject and which is also expensive.
The students has to visit the centres for their classes and the timmings are not flexible for all
the users.
Parents can not moniter their children that if children are going regularly for their classes or
not and also they cannot get thier childern academic records.
In this pandemic time the coaching centres are closed as well as home tutors are also not
available which can be a great loss in children studies.
Proposed System :

The proposed system is developed for online tutoring, and coaching. Teachers / Instructors
can share their content of all kinds of documents and videos with their students.
They can also prepare questions, tests and exams.
Our system also provides interactive live lessons and meetings.
In Proposed System the tutors and students will registered and based on the student's locality
the tutors will be mapped by the timings selected by the parent or students.
The students can attend their online classes at any time and no need to go out anywhere, they
just need computer and a good internet connection.

Module Description:
1) Admin Panel :
In this module Admin can control all the activities like tutor management, student
management, account security, blocking and unblocking of account and many more.

2) Registration:
In this module users can create their account by entering their details, then login to the
system.

3) ChangePassword:
In this module registered users can change their password and update them.

4) Profile:
This module includes information about Tutor or Student like their phone number,
addression,Qualification and all other relevant details.

5) Services:
In this module our Students provide their facilities, prices,demo classes, studt material
and other detail of their services to the users.

6) Home Page:
After login this Home Page will appear to the customers. It includes information
about our Tutorzz (Students and Tutors,etc.), information about website and other
necessary details.

7) Payment:
This module includes payment gateways that are used in website, after avail the
services customer needs to pay for them online.
 8) FAQ:
Frequently Asked Questions includes queries of customer with their answers.

9) Rating :
Users can also rate the services provided by the Tutors. This module helps to improve
the facilities provided by our Tutors.
