Co-living is a kind of community containing arrangement, where like-inclined people stay

Because of interests from the millennial i.e., the youthful generation in the age group of 20-30
times and living further independently in India so, there is room for the co- living to get

professed mind. During the design work till the report jotting, we work in commercial arena
and come accustomed with work culture. The Purpose of this report is also to enhance my
knowledge in hospitality Assiduity and also explore more openings and interact with numerous
like-inclined peoples. It's to study the function of Colive through colourful department and also
know to how Colive is different from their challengers. In the ever-competitive request it
becomes necessary for each to understand what the client wants. Also, in- depth knowledge of
the satisfaction position and brand fidelity helps to more place our product and service in the
mind of the consumer.
The knowledge of the satisfaction position of its own service helps the association to be in tune
with the requirements and demand of the consumer and idea about the satisfaction position of
its challengers makes the association apprehensive of openings lying ahead.

further deals and the further profit. Also, there were certain feedback sought by the company
regarding the in- house client satisfaction strategy espoused by them. Therefore, I've done

2. Language hedge while connecting with leads.
3. Lot of bugs & lagging issues in the operation which make our task complicated to perform.
As operation was developed recently it can’t handle so much of active stoner at a time which
came as a hedge while posting blogs or content.
4. One of the major problems was due to covid-19 everyone was trapped in home and have to
miss numerous on filed gests due to which interacting with a platoon member and commerce
was veritably less.
3.3 Objectives
1. perform competitive analysis.
2. conduct online promotional conditioning for Colive.
3. Lead generation and business development.
4. induce leads and follow up with the leads generated by online promotional conditioning.
5. Request exploration for business expansion.
3.4 Work done in the company
• Created videotape content and short blogs uploaded in the operation.
• My Team leader Mr. Kushal handed 250 leads every week to which I've to connect with and
make a conversion as numerous as possible so that they can start using operation constantly.
• And also “I was club colive officer” position distributed by our company companion Mr.
Shawm so when we connect to people, we've to introduce our tone as club colive officer.
• Generated 500 good quality leads from online promotional exertion.
• Creating Mindfulness in other social media platform e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
3.5 Methodology
1-competitive analysis
I've delved about 4 challengers of Colive and collected the required information for doing the
relative analysis with the challengers. Farther information collected was present in front of the
deals platoon and also the data was handed over to the deal’s director.
Geek and competitive analysis were used to present the information to the deals department
and also was handed over pdf format.
2- conduct promotional conditioning for Colive
To conduct promotional conditioning, we used numerous social media platforms like
Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp.
After relating the target request where it was possible to do promotional exertion, we started
using digital bill and story-telling, creating post about the safe and hygiene of accommodation
of Colive and also the installation they give us while we stay in Colive. Also, we used to list
our parcels on doors like OLX, hastily, Facebook Marketplace and etc to reach maximum target
request who's searching for accommodation in our operating metropolises.
3-Generate leads and follow up with the leads
After attesting a promotional exertion, we had to conduct the exertion and induce leads from
it. We used-google form and mentioned the link to form on every gate and promotional post to
fill-in if they're interested, to collect information of searched customer.

The form responses were further estimated and leads were mentioned in gate of the company
and also, we connect with the leads through WhatsApp as calling so much of leads could take
lot of time so it was better to go with WhatsApp direct where one need not have to save number
in contact and also text them in WhatsApp in this Operation, we just have to class number and
communication what we've to convey. And with this part of pre promotional conditioning
people who was interested was given further farther details from our trade platoon.

KEY LEARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
4.1 Observation

Grounded on the data gathered by presiding schedule the following observation are made
grounded on objects. Did competitive analysis for Colive which helped strategy platoon in
decision timber. I delved 6 systems for competitive analysis and gathered all information
needed to connect the blotches for our design, where exactly we can chase our challengers.
It's Commodity that was learnt after every post and assignation I transferred and every response
that I entered was making me happy but also wasn't an easy task. The entire thing was done by
online platform so every response that I got felt like a deal was done. But the fact being a
response for a query is just a simple query and is nowhere near of being unrestricted deal. I
was disappointed every time it happed that the replier backed out after hearing the budgets, and
operation which was launched lately was having lower subscriber which was also a tough task
to get a conversion. Still, the stylish benefit in social media lead generation is to concentrate
on high leads with the help of advance targeting. Nonetheless, the Marketers analysis says that
perfecting the quality of social media lead generation is veritably important.
4.2 Learning Outcomes
Colive is start-up and if we look at their profit, they're growing day by day. Colive moment
provides amenities similar as housekeeping, WIFI, DTH, repairs and conservation and food.
Working together with SAMI platoon was an amazing experience and also helped me in
understanding how business function and gives veritably precious experience sapience and
assignment in supereminent generation, client running, satisfying client to buy our service. I
also learn business expansion and request exploration it was my final design. I learnt about the
customer accession and learnt about how important external influencer gives to your business
Colive in Bangalore is dependent upon original agents and original merchandisers. So, for that
first work on brand mindfulness because colive was start-up. I've come more knowledgeable
and confident as a person. I actually applied my knowledge of the deals and marketing sphere
which I'm gaining during my post-graduation.

4.3 Recommendations
• The company is open to produce further metropolises also they should concentrate on their
staff creating confidence and a good work air which stimulates the growth of the company.
• The deals department has enhanced when compared with former time. Other department can
be amended and developed in the same way for the forthcoming time.
• Staff meeting can be conducted periodically to motivate the workers and perform award with
instigative cash price can be introduced to spark the hand growth formerly in a month.
• Specialized platoon must work on operation as it has pause in the App which lower
engagement in it.
• The company can give training session to staff which helps them gain knowledge and
examiner and that automatically leads to profitable company.
4.5 Conclusion
This one and partial month of externship at Colive can be added up as the most enriching and
passing month of life. The Co-living assiduity has a lot to offer and so important eventuality to
be a billion bones assiduity. And every day was a new literacy experience in the commercial
world. I've come more knowledgeable and confident as a person. I enjoy this line of work and
hope the company turn out to be great thing. I'll continue to work hard in my position and
stopgap to continue to learn about the assiduity and meet new people. This was an excellent
experience and I hope that other inter got as important out of it as I did.
