Huawei HG658 VDSL/ADSL2+ Wireless

Modem – Device description and Warranty

At Active Utilities for all our VDSL/ADSL2+ services we have selected the Huawei
HG658 VDSL/ADSL modem. We have selected this product as it delivers great speeds
and wireless capabilities and is proven on our Networks.

The device comes with two levels of support/Warranty from the Manufacturer and as
a consumer you are entitled to this under the Competition and Consumer Act.

1. Free Technical support 90 Days from Purchase – This is provided to you through
Active Utilities. You can contact our office on 1300 026 667 if support is
needed.

2. 12 Month replacement Warranty – This is provided to you through Active


Utilities. You can log a Warranty fault via e-mail to help@activeutilities.com.au
or via phone at 1300 026 667. Active Utilities will collect the device to perform
some tests to ensure the device is faulty. If proven to be faulty we will replace
with a new device within 10 business days of the original reported fault.
