1. First point is The job you get a fix salary and if you do something good then
some incentive There is no fix salary in network marketing here you get profit
you get percentage on whole turnover which you produced and as your group
develops and turnover increase you get exponential growth in network marketing.
 You did not get exponential growth in job if your salary is then you will get
thirty thousand every month and may be after one year it will be thirty five
thousand then after two years it will get forty or forty five thousand it grows
slowly.
 In network marketing may be your first month income will be thirty thousand
but next month sixty thousand and third month ninety thousand the way
growth comes in network marketing is called exponential growth.
 But you get fix salary in job sometimes you can get incentives depending on
your job category.

2. Now the second point here is we get security in job we are secured that we have
job but it is generally in government jobs.
 There is no security in private job because if business runs slowly you may
loose your job there is no security.
 In network marketing if you will work here then you will get money if system
develops then money will come but if once system is developed we get
freedom we become free we don't need to do work daily.
 So you have to choose you need security or you need freedom.

3. Third thing is your Timing is fix in job from 9 to 5 or 9 to 6 you have to go on your
fix timing there is no fix timing.
 In network marketing, you have to work by your way as 9 to 6 or from morning 9
am to night 12 o clock it's your choice or not to do but if you do works if you work
properly then the system will become either you will work on not Money come on.
 So here there are not fix timings like job there are flexible timings it's your choice
that what you want if you want in life that you have fix timings definitely go for a
job go for a government job you will get fix timings and fix security.
 But if you need freedom go for network marketing.

4. Fourth point is you get retirement in job when you will get retired your pension
plans will start your pension start coming in network marketing there is not any
pension plan.
 But yes you don't have to wait for fifty to sixty years in the network marketing
for retirement you can also take early retirement.
 I started my business my journey with network marketing and at the age of
twenty three. I got retired from network marketing I keep getting passive
income and that passive income is not just passive income that I am not
doing work I am retired and getting money inheritable income will also come
after I leave money will get coming for my generation you have to choose that
you want pension plan you want retirement or you have to retire early and you
have to produce inheritable income choice is yours.

5. Fifth point of fifth advantage I can say for job is if you have a good or respectable
job and specially have government job then your ones becomes a social status
people feel good for you that you have a respectable job and that is very good.
 In network marketing you have prepare if you are going to move forward a
little harm will get to your social status. It will get a little harm on your social
status people don't feel good if a person is in network marketing and if it will
happen in starting until your respectable income will hit get start until you
have income of less than one lakh people will say they can also say anything
after one lakh so you have to get prepared for this.If you will go in network
marketing.
 If you will go in government job people will say that he is government servant
he is getting a good salary and it is very good according to society.
 But you have to choose what you want you get more income definitely here in
network marketing. But people have negative perception about it specially in
starting.

6. Sixth point is if a person is in job he get a fix salary and because his salary is
fixed they have a budget they have budget of every month that you have to
spend budgeted money and the person will go with budget in his life.
 In network marketing there is no budget of people because what happens
here by making budget one month you get income of rupees thirty thousand
budget made according to it next month income will come fifty thousand
budget will made like this and in next month's income will come one lakh five
lakh or ten lakh budget will made like this so what will budget do here is
snowball effect team grows and multiple and because it multiples no need to
 make budget here so here you have to choose that you need fixed budget or
you want to avoid budget and you want to produce snow ball effect so these
two things can happen here in job you can go for fix budget and here you can
produce snowball effect here.

7. Seventh point is that in job personal development is limited the work you have to
do get training only on it and work expect from you according to it.
 But in network marketing there is no money without personal development
person have to grow everyday as he progresses as his income will increase
and as he has to develop himself here is opposite personal development will
not happen according to income ,income will generate through personal
development as the person will grow he will get income according to it so you
have to choose that you need personal development or not if he need then go
for network marketing otherwise if you want that you will get limited training
go for a job.

8. Now eight points here is that the travel opportunities in job are Very limited until
you have not a travelling job otherwise you will go on less on trip if you will send
by company and sent alone.
 In network marketing you get luxurious international trips every year you get
national international both the trips there are travel incentives in every
company to explore foreign and everything paid by company and it is also for
whole family you go with family this is the advantage you get in network
marketing that you will roam abroad you can travel world so you have to see
that you like to live on a limited place or you like to roam choice is yours now
the ninth point is that if you want a good secured job.

For example you want government job then tell truth the probability you will get a job
very less but no same in network marketing if you have to succeed here the probability
is very less ninety five percent could not get succeed here and ninety five percent
people couldn't also get job probability is less both the sides to get success here
probability is only five percent but you have to see that in which direction you have to
there are different advantage and there are different advantages but if we talk about
final point to get government job and good job who have to do study a lot of study
sometimes to clear entrance and competitive exams you have to do lots of study and
