Chapter VI- Rizal as a Friend

THE RISE OF THE YOUTH SEEKER

Our association name means that we aim the youth today especially students
to seek for something they desired, as well as seek for new experiences and
acquire new knowledge and skills.
General Objective: To develop, encourage, and enhance students' talents,
interests, and capabilities, as well as provide students with opportunities to
broaden their learning outside of the classroom, and create an active and
global citizenship.

Specific Objectives:
1. To encourage every student to participate in extra-curricular activities, as well as to
raise student awareness of the greater purpose of their activities and values.
2. To develop students’ skills and abilities that will contribute not only to their overall
well-being but also to the community they were living.
3. To provide opportunities and encouragement to express oneself freely and to make
the students confident and become globally competitive.

Activities of the Association: Purpose:


1. Term end’s socializing events This activity aspires to help students
relieve their stress and freshen up their
minds after going through a lot of
stress. It also aims to let the students
showcase their talents in relation to
sports, interact and create bonds with
others.
2. Webinars for Mental Health and The purpose of this activity is to let the
Leadership Development students know the effect of stress and
anxieties in their life. It is to lend a
helping hand especially in how they
are going to cope up and manage their
stress. The purpose of the leadership
training webinars is to prepare
students to be effective leaders who
can manage and influence their
groupmates or staff. Also, to add a
powerful, distinguished dimension to
the students' current management
skills. In other words, it is intended to
enhance and build on current
leadership abilities.
3. Participate in Charity Races To be done for the public good, relief,
and assistance to people in need,
particularly those who are victims of
natural disasters, catastrophes,
hunger, disease, poverty, or orphans,
by providing them with food, shelter,
medical aid, and other basic needs.
4. Conduct Debates The purpose of a debate is for
students to engage in good critical
thinking about the topic's primary
issues. It imparts skills that are
applicable to various academic
pursuits as well as life in general. It
also allows students to see the efficacy
of using rational, well-thought-out
arguments and persuasive evidence in
action.
5. Organize activities for creative The purpose of this activity is to
pursuits promote an artistic surrounding at our
college and to create an appreciation
of art and aesthetics among the school
community. Its goal is to bring out each
student's creative, expressive, and
aesthetic potential. By encouraging
self-esteem, respect for others, as well
as their work, cultures, and art, this
activity encourages openness to new
ideas and appreciation for individual
differences.
