Role Desktop Technician Location Bentonville, AR Duration 3+ month contract (with opportunity to hire) This
position will be responsible for PC deployment, reimaging, breakfix desktop issues, and customer service acti
vities. Responsibilities Include Reimaging and deploying PCs during upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10
Resolving breakfix desktop issues Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems,
hardware, and computer peripherals Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, and replacing desktop hardware
and software systems Supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and s
ystems groups Providing hands-on and telephone support of personal computers and laptops Diagnosing an
d solving PC software and hardware issues Installing and configuring software, including operating systems,
configuration management tools, application and development tools, testing tools, compilers, and code edito
rs Qualifications Recent experience in a full-time Help DeskTechnical Support position. Required. (3-4 Years)
Experience with reimaging and deploying PCs. Required. (3-4 Years Experience entering information into and
