INHABITANT REGISTRATION AND TRANSACTION SYSTEM.

I. Background

In our present time, the technology has greatly affected our daily lives. Smart phones, computers and
laptops have made our work easy. But little knowing that the application that we use has made our work
very easy.

BIRT System is a total package system. It comprises the registration of barangay residents, cases, and
hearings, summon letter, barangay and business clearance, building and working permits. It is the full
automation of the current barangay transactions.

All the barangay transactions is what constitutes the system. Its functions has served other barangays
exceedingly well with its reliable features and user-friendly interface.

II. BIRT System Features

 Monitoring of residents, businesses, clearances and permits.

 All data or information of all barangay transactions that are currently stored in the drawers or
racks will be transferred to the database of the system that will be safely saved in the computer.

 All cases and hearings are stored in the database.

 Records stored in the database are very easy to search. People won’t wait for too long.

 BIRTS Report Generation is the most powerful component of the system. It allows you to view
the residents of your barangay it may be by last names, by gender, birth date, etc.. It allows you
also to view all the list of businesses, permits issued and clearances given.
