I choose to take an exit ticket and make a check for understanding google form. At first I
had created about 8 questions, asking students to correctly match a geometry term for
identifying triangles with the proper description; then I realized it would take too long to
scan and fill out if I only have 2 minutes before the bell rings. They should still
remember these terms from the lesson just taught therefore be able to identify the
triangles with the correct term.

I will use this google form to see if my students are lost or if they are understanding the
lesson taught. If many answers are wrong I will have to self-reflect because that means
I was not teaching the curriculum effectively. I will pull up a QR code on the projector
screen and allow students to scan the 4 question exit ticket. If a student does not have
access to the internet or no smart phone I will have a print out version.

After my lesson and after students have written their notes they will pack up 4 minutes
prior to the bell ringing and then scan the QR code to fill out a 4 question multiple choice
google form. It should take 1 minute to complete and if students can recall what they
just learned they should not struggle answering the questions.
