Ref: Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting dated 03.12.2021

All Doctoral Committee Meetings are to be conducted in the online mode. If the DC
members are internal or local, the DC meeting may be conducted offline. If the members
are external, the meeting is to be in the online mode. No TA/DA will be given for regular DC
meetings.

The Doctoral Committee Meeting for the Synopsis Approval is to be held in the offline /
physical mode.TA/DA claim submission is allowed only for the DC Meeting for Synopsis
Approval. The viva meeting is also to be conducted in the online or blended mode and the
TA/DA claim should be submitted accordingly.
