The teacher prepared a song that related to the Parts of the plants, and will help
the student to know how the lesson all about.
B. Lesson Proper
a. Discussion (Lesson Proper/Presentation)
The teacher will start the lesson by asking some questions about parts of the
plants after the question. The teacher will present the pictures and visual aids for the
discussions.
6 Main Parts of the Plants
Roots- roots are the most important and underground part of a plant, which are
collectively called the root system.
Stem- The stem is the part of the plant which is found above the ground.
Leaf- They contain chlorophyll that helps the plants to prepare their food using
sunlight, carbon dioxide and water.
Flowers- Flowers are the most beautiful part of a plant.
Fruits- fruits come from flowers. They protect the seeds. They are good to eat.
Seeds- seeds come from flowers and fruits. Seeds become new plants.
