Task 1: Form the group
Task 2: Choose a topic from the following list.
Important Note:
The topic may be chosen from the suggested list as given below (list 1), or, any other
suitable similar topic that the group prefers to work on which is not mentioned in the list.
But the allotment and finalization of the topic will be based on the following criteria:
• Maximum three groups will be allowed to work on the same topic
• Topic will be allotted in first come- first serve basis
• If any group chooses the same topic which has been already chosen by three other
groups, the group will be allotted a random topic from the list.

Deadline of phase 1 submission: Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

After the submission, each Group will be assigned a Group Number and finalized topic. All
the following tasks will be based on the topic assigned and the submissions must be
according to the group number.

Task 2: Prepare a questionnaire for survey based on the UTAUT2 model.

Task 3: Create an online version of the questionnaire using the online forms (Microsoft
Form, Google Forms, etc.)

Deadline of Phase 2 Submission: Saturday, February 26, 2022 (Revised)

Phase 3:
Task 1: Distribute the link among your known contacts and collect data (from minimum 100
respondents)
Task 2: Extract the data file in MS Excel format
