With the passing of time, new challenges arise for today's manager, since we are in a changing and flexible
society demanding that a manager be a person with more skills, competencies and characteristics. for
example; In previous times, to assign a manager in a company, it only meant that he knew how to
command or direct a group of people, that he had a certain level of study or even by social
recommendations, management positions were assigned. But now, when choosing a manager, it implies
that they be a person with at least a profession in administrative areas, have technical skills in handling ICT,
be ethical, flexible, sociable, creative, etc. Today a manager must be continuously in personal and
professional innovation in order to be competitive and productive.
As students we set out to identify the consequences of assuming the role of management and not having
the moral, ethical and professional capacity for this role. In order to know and identify the damages and
dimensions of assigning the wrong person in a business management position.
