RESEARCH QUESTION:
1. What are the issues arising with regards to gender equality in the workplace?
2. How do company address the issue of gender equality at work?
3. What is the different working environment for male dominated activity and female
dominated activity?
4. Why does gender equality is need to be addressed and how would affect the outcome
of work in company?
5. Who has the power to changed the typical stereotyping at work with regards to
gender?
RESEARCH OBECTIVE AND STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
According to study, the rate of progress of gender equality in a work place is still slow in
progress. This slow rate creates a push to the government, NGO’s, association, investors amd
companies into action. This time of pandemic of Covid 19 efforts shall be double in order to
address this issue of gender equality at work. The objective of this research is to help
employer and workers to ensure that both men and women have a good work environment
and to Increased gender equality awareness and promote a gender-sensitive systematic work
environment management that will contribute to a better work environment for everyone.
