Strengths: well planned lesson. PowerPoint was well presented. Had introduction, prediction of story and what learners
could see
Areas for improvement: general discussion with learners would be a plus point – extend knowledge.

Strengths: management of lesson was good. Balances discipline with nurturing. Story was well presented.
Areas for improvement: Focus on students that are fidgety and who are losing focus. Draw their attention to the story.
Implementing Learning
Strengths: Began the story in a positive note. Had the attention of the learners and had them involved as a result most
leaners were responsive. Lesson was interesting and well balanced with activities, videos and discussion.
Assessing Learning
Strengths: prompted learners. Encouraged learners to do their best. Guided learners into achieving positive outcome.

Strengths:. Her feedback to students was good and encouraging. The students enjoyed the lesson thus showing that she
delivered a good lesson and had the learner’s attention. Effort and thought were put into her lesson.
Areas for improvement: with more practice she can only get better.
