1 The Piping MTO is made on HAZOP P&ID's. Will Oxy issue updated MTO issued by OXY based on latest
AFC drawings?

2 We are unable to find Pipe Support drawings in Piping Workpack. Please check and advise?

Kindly share the Material Tracking Sheet for each MTO to know delivery status/Document approval

status of each item.

4 We presume that Material Tracking sheets include details of Surplus Material Identification and its
location from where to collect the material.

We presume that no procurement is included under GPS Scope including PO placement for FBE

Coating, Pump Vendor Assistance during Commississioning etc. Kindly advise.

Is there a need for Modification of Existing 6.6kV switchgear to add additional spare panel as
6 indicated in the 33kV substation No. 2 Equipment layout. We have noted that Project scope is
utilizing existing spare Panel L3 for Injection Pump (32-P-322136) Power Supply.

We have noted in Civil Work Pack only Foundation drawing related to Water Injection Pump is
7 included. What about Water Booster pump? Is foundation for Water Booster Pump already available
at Jalal Station? Kindly advise.

We presume that Foundation Bolts required for Water Injection Pump and Water Booster Pump will

be delivered along with Pump Package by Vendor. Kindly advise.

We have not noticed any scope or drawings related to Existing Pump shed extension for new Booster
9 and water Injection Pump? Will it will be included later in Civil Workpack or Shed Extension is not
required?

We presume that there is not requirement of additional Cross-Over or Platform due to installation of
10 new Booster and Injection pumps at Jalal Station. Civil Work Pack not include any scope related to
this. Please advise accordingly.
