TERMS AND CONDITION

1. All sales are final. Unit replacement is not possible due to change of color or product model indecision.
2. The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty claim.
3. No receipt, no warranty policy applies- this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us.
4. Always refer to the warranty indicated in the receipt/warranty slip, not what’s in the box upon purchase.
5. We do not reissue or keep your information from the receipt/ warranty slip; it is the customer’s duty to store this from in a safe area.
6. Strictly seven (7) days only for the unit replacement in case of hardware defect subject first to technical evaluation.
7. Warranty does not cover any form of water damage, physical damage such as broken parts, dents, crack, burnt scent from device,
burnt parts- this is considered as void warranty since these are all signs of user’s misuse.
8. A rooted unit will automatically be considered as void warranty and customer shoulders all charges resulting from this.
9. If the item with LCD is found to have any physical damage (I.e., cracks or lines, black spot, pigmentation, blinking and static activity
caused by severe pressure on the LCD that was undeclared in the warranty , this is considered void warranty, as it is result of misuse.
10. Do not consult and have your item repaired by third party services, we will not be liable for their recommendations or actions. This
will void your warranty.
11. A unit is not considered defective if the only basis is timing and percentage of the battery level drained per minute/ hour, since
smartphone usage and power consumption is always erratic and dependent on customer usage habits. This case will be subject first
to technical evaluation.
12. Items with manufacturer’s warranty : parts and service warranty is directly claimed at manufacturer’s authorized service center, not
with the reseller. The timeline of the repair procedure depends with them.
13. Any malfunction or intermittent concern will be subject first to technical evaluation.
14. All accessories are strictly followed the warranty period given by manufacturer. Warranty does not cover any from off water damage,
physical damage (i.e., crack, broken parts and dents).
15. In the case that after leaving our store and you found scratches, dents or any cosmetic defects in the item (s) will not replace or
repair it. Kindly double check the item (s) before leaving the store.
