About Numerology

Numerology is the study of numbers. It is not a perfect science since it gives about 65-70%
information about any person. By having knowledge about the numbers and a good memory, one can
save energy and time in life. A person can never be a good numerologist by reading the
information/books alone. It is the hands-on experience which he adds in his life by talking and

A Numerologist needs three numbers to know the inner nature and vibrations of a person :

(i) Psychic Number (Also known as Birth day number)

(ii) Destiny Number (Also known as Life Path number)

(i) Psychic Number

It is related to the date of birth of a person. The psychic number is obtained by making a simple whole
number of the date of birth. For example, Rajesh Kumar Kapoor was born on August 21. Since 2 + 1 =
3, hence, psychic number of Rajesh Kumar Kapoor is 3.

(ii) Destiny Number

It is obtained by the addition of date, month and year of birth. For example, Rajesh Kumar Kapoor was
born on August 21, 1985.

2 + 1 + 0 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 5 = 34 = 7.

So destiny number of Rajesh Kumar Kapoor is 7.

(iii) Name Number

This number is obtained by adding the numerological value given to the letters of the popular name.
According to this unique system, the value of each letter which is going to be followed hereafter in
this book is as below:

A, I, J, Q, Y = 1 N, E, H = 5

B, K, R = 2 U, V, W, X = 6

C, G, L, S = 3 O, Z = 7
