Study Title: The Health Behavior Reset: Intentions for returning to exercise following the COVID-19
pandemic
• Carefully created level 1 IRB and preregistration documentation outlining study rationale,
procedures, and assessment of risks versus benefits.
• Crafted survey instruments assessing exercise behavior using Qualtrics online software.
• Created, conducted, and transcribed participant interviews via Microsoft Teams software.
• Diligently constructed scoring syntax using SPSS and Microsoft excel for over 100 project
variables.
Study Title: Anxiety and Depression Among Individuals with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
• Carried out literature search to compile previous research and current GOLD guidelines.
• Tactically designed infrastructure of our research project data base to ensure secure and organized
storage of current literature and guidelines.
• Crafted reader friendly variable codebook derived from raw data matrix in Microsoft Excel.
