Obedience:

 Definition – following direct orders from an authority figure


 Milgram’s Shock Study – Aims, to see how many people would obey to the extent they
would injure another along with wanting to see why the Nazi soldiers obeyed in the
concentration camps. Lab experiment
 Hofling’s Nurses – ecological validity due to a realistic scenario.
