JD – Digital Broking Internship

We are seeking for bright interns who are eager to grow and increase
skills and business in the Digital Broking sector – and who are prepared
to take responsibility of customer connections and mentor them along
the way. Simultaneously, they will take complete responsibility of
delivery (on time, under budget, and of high quality) and personnel
management. They will collaborate with the leadership to design and
implement the strategy for this line of business.
Roles & Responsibilities –
 Compiling and evaluating statistical data collected through
current and old ways
 Will have to do mystery shopping for various products/services
 Collect data about customers, rivals, and the market place and
turn it into actionable items, reports, and presentations
 Recognize corporate objectives and create surveys to learn about
prospective clients' preferences
 Conduct credible and trustworthy market research The SWOT
analysis
 Data interpretation, report writing, and recommendation
 Conduct online market research and save the results to
databases.
 Provide a comparative study of various organizations’ market
offers, identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales,
and operational procedures
 Lead project that gives Consumer insight, market analysis,
demand forecasting , sales planning, product strategy, analysis
market trends, and consumer behavior
 Inspecting the online platform to detect possible concerns and
areas for improvement
 Examine programme methods and essential data to ensure that
data on releases is accurate and the release angle is proper.
 Keep up to date on industry trends, do research, and put best
practices into action

Skill Required –
 Experienced or fresher with great skills in Consumer Research
Analysis
 Knowledge of the business and consumer industry issues within
your chosen research area.
 Willing to explore fintech products
 Outstanding memorization abilities
 Organized, flexible disposition
 Attentive to detail and willing to adopt new learnings
 Ability to conduct duties discreetly and impartially
 Strong communication and presentation abilities, as well as the
ability to understand huge volumes of data and multitask
 Excellent command of statistics, databases, and MS Office
 Search engines, web analytics and business research tools.
 Adequate understanding of data collecting methods (polls, focus
groups, surveys etc)
 Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Qualification -
 MBA/PGDM – pursuing or passed
