As far as I remember I have lots of times where I use positive affectivity and negative affectivity but I’ll

just point out some happenings. There was a time where I use my positive affectivity when I received
news that the CHED refunded my tuition last year. I got this news from my mother’s friend who worked
at FSUU and they told us that we can refund the 14,000 pesos and that’s a lot of money for us that can
help sustain our needs. That made me happy and lifts my spirit up because that money will help us big
time especially this crisis we are facing right now. I did not expect that to happen and I am beyond
happy and grateful at that time because I am one of the students that got refunded. Also I remember I
use the positive affectivity when I was in high school when I performed a lot such as singing and dancing
and that was one of the happiest days for me and how I could wish I can turn back the time.

As far as I remember, I have several instances in which I use positive affectivity and negative affectivity.

can refund the 14,000 pesos and that’s a lot of money for us that can help sustain our needs. That made
me happy and lifted my mood, because the money would help us in particular to cope with this current
crisis. I didn't expect that and I was glad and thankful at the time because I'm one of the refunded
students. Also I remember I use the positive affectivity when I was in high school when I performed a lot
such as singing and dancing and that was one of the happiest days for me and how I could wish I can
turn back the time. Also the people that I have encountered made my high school really fun and
memorable. I felt so enthusiastic and overflowed with my happiness at the moment.

On the other hand, I remember I use negative affectivity when I face a lot of problems particularly when
it comes to your family. There is a time where I have a family problem and it directly affects my actions
and attitude. I felt that I was so deep gone like I wouldn't want to exist, I thought like no one was there
for me and that I was helped to rescue me from my sorrow. I frequently cry and question my value but
I'm grateful that I have overcome that negative affectivity.

I know, on the other hand, when I face many problems, particularly when it comes to your family, it uses
negative affectiveness. I have a family problem at some point and it directly affects my actions and
attitude. I felt that I was so deep gone like I wouldn't want to exist, I thought like no one was there for
me and that I was helped to rescue me from my sorrow. I frequently cry and question my value but I'm
grateful that the negative affectivity has been conquered.

Take me to a moment or experience where you delightfully use positive affectivity and also a time where
you use negative affectivity. Explain why you feel that way.
How necessary is it to practice positive attitude inside the workplace? What can it do to satisfy a
person's work? Values are a key component of a healthy workplace culture because they clarify how
your organization and its staff should behave. Our values inform our thoughts, words and actions. They
affect our thoughts on what sort of actions we are going to show in front of our co-workers and
employers.

From what I saw in the video, Miss Jane displayed low values and morals in her workplace as a
result of job dissatisfaction. As a result, she was fired from her work for not being able to change
positive principles to help her become a good employee. However, if she had set her mind to portray
good behaviour and optimistic values in the first place, she would've not been in a position where
employers question her competence in the role in which she was. I personally think that the lack of
confidence & courage to plant good principles inside her was what made her behave like that, and
because of that, she was unable to impress her boss as much as she wanted to. I believe that a mere
employee like Jane should not possess a dismissive trait such as being arrogant & irresponsible inside
her workplace. Instead, she should practice showing her positive side to help the people around her
change their opinion of her and most especially is to help her do a good job on her work.

Beforehand, If Miss Jane had good principles inside her, in line with her career, she would have
been more confident and that would give her a lot of time to grow and develop within her workplace. At
the end of the day, if she were to practice and maintain a good attitude, she would be pleased not only
with her work, but also with her employer.
