1446 was jobSolution
in progress as it is Need MEI
Resolved Date
reserved for the same pad as involvement
1445. But 1445 is not JIP.

There is an issue where job in

progress must be done before
NAT of crane and thus we
implemented hard rule to prevent
other jobs from being done
before NAT of crane.
(Thus job 1445 was prevented
from being done before time No
NAT). Removing this hard rule
does work and 1445 is scheduled
immediately, but need to trace
history of this rule and test if
other scenarios may require this
behaviour.

Alternate solution is to bump

1445 to JIP as it is blocking 1446
on same platform. We will need
to evaluate approach.

Tentative finding related to 243.

Issue should be solved with
correct job in progress handling.
Pending schedule from ME team
