 I will be meeting you at Terminal 3 Heathrow at 16.35 on the 16th of

June. As per your request, I have booked a single room for you in the
Dorchester Hotel for three nights in the city centre. If your wife is
coming too, I will change the booking. Also, I arranged a meeting
with Data Link for you on June 17th.

I'm afraid I'll need to change flights. I am very sorry about that. I will
be arriving on flight no. BA018 at 18.55 at Terminal 4 Heathrow on
June 15th. Also, I would be grateful if you could change the meeting
with Data Link for me on June 16th if possible.
