Report Cards are issued every quarter to inform parents/guardians of their child’s class standing.
Parents of students are invited to a conference with the class advisers through a conference slip or a schedule
advised to the students. No complaint of parents to the effect that they have not been informed about their

Director for Basic Education the faculty when a need arises. However, the appointment must be made at least two days before the
requested date. Confirmation of the appointment date is then sent through the student assignment notebook.

teacher(s).
