Vocal Duet

Mechanics.

1. Contest is open to all bonafide CIT college and SHS Students.

2. The participants will select their own piece which must not exceed 5 minutes.
3. Only one participant for each year and course with one entry per participant.
4. Entry must be an OPM song in English, Filipino or Visaya.
5. The participants must be composed of male and female singers.
6. The video must be done at home and the audio recording must be clear.
7. Attire must be decent and appropriate.
8. Entries must be submitted to Ms. Emelita O. Carlon 3 days before the competition for initial screening.
9. Entries that will not pass the screening process will not be allowed to join and will not be shown during the
online competition.
10. Entries that will advance to the contest final will be shown during the online competition.

Voice (quality, projection, diction) 40%

Harmony and Interpretation (Blending, Counterpoint, Arrangement, Dynamics) 40%

Showmanship 20%

Vocal Solo

Mechanics.

1. All entries shall be composed of 5 to 10 immediate or extended family members with at least one bonafide CIT
college or SHS student.
2. The competition in charge will provide the music to be performed by the contestants.
3. Only one participant for each year and course with one entry per participating family.
4. The video must be done at home and must be clear.
5. Attire must be decent and appropriate.
6. Entries must be submitted to Mr. Algemar Cabantac 3 days before the competition for initial screening.
7. Entries that will not pass the screening process will not be allowed to join and will not be shown during the
online competition.
8. Entries that will advance to the contest final will be shown during the online competition.

4. Entries must be centered around the theme “Supertyphoon Odette”.
5. The video must be done at home and the audio recording must be clear.
6. Attire must be decent and appropriate.
7. Entries must be submitted to Ms. Marjorie Laurena 3 days before the competition for initial screening.
8. Entries that will not pass the screening process will not be allowed to join and will not be shown during the
online competition.
9. Entries that will advance to the contest final will be shown during the online competition.
