Event: Creative Story Reading

The English Enthusiast Club conducted the annual celebration of National Reading
Month last November 17 and 24, 2021. As part of the activities, the English Enthusiast club with
the collaboration of WikangFil, Science and MAPEH Club conducted a virtual orientation last
November 06, 2021 to all the participants of Creative Story Reading contest. The participants in
all grade level from the Junior High School to Senior High School gathered using Google Meet.
The virtual orientation started with an opening prayer led by Mr. Ramon M. Lizarda Jr. and
followed by greetings and roll call headed by Ms. Renzy O. Parco. It is also followed by reading
the guidelines and mechanics for the said event/contest. The participants showed their interest
by raising their concerns and questions with regards to the guidelines presented. The
conversation during virtual orientation went smoothly and collaboratively. After raising some
concerns and questions, Ms. Zarah Joyce A. Segovia, the chairman of the event, further
explained the guidelines and reminders to be executed during the contest. These were the
