II s'agit notamment : - de obligation de servir et de se consacrer au service ; - de obligation d'obéissance ; - de obligation de réserve. Pour remédier a cette situation, le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement miinstruit de prendre toutes les mesures disciplinaires que la situation impose, en liaison avec les départements ministériels concernés. Au regard de ce qui précade, j'ai 'honneur de vous engager a bien vouloir acheminer les dossiers des personnels indisciplinés dans les Services des Gouverneurs de Région au plus tard le 05 mai 2022, en vue de lorganisation des conseils de discipline. Addressing the issue, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, has instructed me to take all disciplinary measures required, in collaboration with other ministries involved. Considering the preceding points, | request that you forward the files of indisciplined personnel to the offices of Governors of Regions latest 05 May 2022, for the preparation of disciplinary councils.
