to appoint officiais at the Ministry of Public Works

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the
Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree
No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/461 of 7 August 2018 to organize the

Ministry of Public Works,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The undermentioned persans are, with effect from the date
of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions at the
Ministry of Public Works:
rc INSPECTORATE GENERAL
Inspector-General of Services: Mr Tikum Elias Mbanwei, Senior
Public Works Engineer, See. No. 549 965-M, previously Inspector­

General in charge of Technical Issues, vacancy.
Inspector-General in charge of Technical Issues: Mr Adamou
Moussa, Public Works Engineer General, See. No. 510 522-C,

previously Head of the National State-Controlled Works Brigade, in

replacement of Mr Tikum Elias Mbanwei, who has been transferred to
other duties.

Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits

provided for by the regulations in force.

Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the

procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English
and French.
