POST MORTEM FINDINGS

Cyanosis, face and nailbeds

WOUNDS:

1. Sutured wound, 6cms in length, oriented diagonally and medially, located the left
zygomatic area.
2. Incised wound, 5cms, oriented dioagonally and laterally, located at medial aspect of the
pinna of right ear.
3. Sutured stab wound, 7.5 cms in length, directed diagonally and medially, located at the
upper part of the left umbilical region.
4. Gaping, penetrating stab wound 10 cms in length, directed horizontally and laterally,
located at the left lumbar area.
5. Stab wound, 5cms in length, directed diagonally towards the buttock, located at the
lateral aspect of the middle third of the right buttock.
6. Stab wound, 5cms in length, directed diagonally and laterally, located at the lower back
at the level of right iliac crest.
7. Hacking wound, 12 inches in length, directed diagonally and medially, located at the
proximal third of right forearm. With fracture of the bones of the right forearm, namely;
radius and ulna.
8. Hacking wound, 15 cms in length, directed diagonally and medially, located at the distal
third of right forearm. With complete fracture of the bones of the right forearm,
namely; radius and ulna.
9. Hacking wound, 12 cms in length, directed diagonally and medially, located at the
palmar aspect of the right hand. With fracture of the metacarpal bones.
10. Incised wound, 7 cms in length, directed diagonally and laterally, located at the left
wrist.
11. Incised wound, 5 cms in length, directed vertically, located at the dorsum of right hand

CAUSE OF DEATH: Irreversible hypovolem
