TERMS AND CONDITIONS

: Ex-Stock subject to prior sales otherwise delivery of Gensets will be made

Delivery within 4-6 weeks after confirmation of order

Payment : 100% advance with confirmed order

Force Majeure : Our offer is subject to Force Majeure Condition.

Validity : 1 Week
Warranty : 1 Year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first).
Currency Rate : Prices are based on present day import levies and exchange rate. Change in any
government taxes (import levies and any other local taxes up to the date of
billing) In case of any change in above the price will be adjusted accordingly.

NOTE:
• We are exempted from deduction of Income Tax as per S.R.O. 97(I)/2002 dd 12-02-2002 as the
income tax is paid at the import stage.
• Any kind of permission from any agency is not included in above prices. If required,
additional work will be charged extra according to site condition.
• As per present Government rules 17% or 20% GST will be charged to the sales tax registered
and unregistered buyers respectively.
• Additional items like Manual Changeover, External Fuel Tank, Radiator Ducting, NON
DEDUCTION OF WITHHOLDING GST ON SUPPLIES.
• Supplies made by commercial importers who paid value added tax (VAT) on such goods at the
time of import as prescribed under chapter X of the sales tax special procedure rules, 2007
(S.R.O. 897(I) 2013 dated October 04, 2013)
