Concerning multiple reasons for our fellow citizens working abroad, the

weakness of the government system appeared as the root cause of it. It is anchored by
corruption, inequality, and poor services. Unfortunately, the country still lacks initiation
that may redound for its goodness. With this inefficiency, we cannot blame others who
choose to work in other countries as they dream of amassing a fortune and returning
home with a better future. Nurture our country by the example of stamping out
corruption, strengthening local companies, evading colonial mentality, and establishing
programs about fostering Filipinos' capabilities. Therefore, we can have a well-
organized country. Filipinos are industrious. Hence, aid the weak governance, so most
of us would rather stay in our own country without taking a risk they will face in other
lands and sacrifice to sustain the needs of their family and loved ones. Foremost,
creating a profession within the nation and getting recognized worldwide.
