filing the certificate of sale,
defendant(s) and all perso ns claiming under or
against defendant(s) since the filing of the notic

of lis pend ens shall be forec losed of all estat e
or claim in the Prop erty and defen dant' s right of
redem ption as presc ribed by secti on 45.03 15,
Florida Statutes, shall be tenninated, exce pt as
