Silver brazing , sometimes known as a silver soldering or hard soldering, is brazing using a silver braze alloy based ller. T

copper, brass, steel, stainless and carbide. The most popular paste formulations are cadmium free and have liquidus
temperatures as low as 1205° (651°). Fusion silver braze alloys contain nely atomized ller metal, a uxing agent, and
a paste-like binder. Each of these components has a unique function to perform when blended into a Fusion braze alloy.
All silver braze alloys are designed to be automatically dispensed to control costs and yield superior part joint quality.

As a major silver brazing alloy supplier to the metals joining industry, Fusion has two manufacturing plants in the United
States and the UK. These plants are both ISO 9001:2008 certi ed, which ensures consistent quality in every batch of
silver braze alloy. All bases are quarantined and tested to strict speci cations. Samples of each batch are retained for 11
months. Batches are tested by viscosity measurement before packaging.
