1. Report to the examination venue 45 minutes before examination schedule as Thermal Screening and registration
verification needs to be carried out before start of the examination. Candidate should strictly adhere to the
examination guidelines and follow the instruction of the Centre In-Charge.
A candidate should strictly follow the social distancing norms and other guidelines issued by Central/ State/ Local
Government Authorities for the control of covid-19 in the area. Candidate must wear masks or face shield at all the
times during their presence in the examination hall.

2. Under any circumstances if candidate is reported to examination venue late for whatsoever reasons he/she will not
be allowed to appear for the examination.

3. Any kind of indiscipline at the examination centre shall be dealt with seriously which may include disallowing
candidates to appear for the examination and even debarring him/her to enroll for III examination in future.

4. Due to the prevailing COVID situation or for any other reason if the examination could not be held at any of the
centre III shall allow the candidate to appear for the next immediate round of examination for the same subject without
collecting any fresh fees.

5. a) Certificate of Attendance column is available in “Admission Card and Time Table” against each paper, candidate
must obtain confirmation (seal & signature) from Centre In-Charge about his/her attendance in the column provided in
“Admission Card and Time Table”. No request for separate certificate will be entertained either by Exam Centre,
Insurance Institute of India (III) or by the Associated Institute. b) Candidates must sign on “Attendance Roster”
available with Centre In-Charge. Candidates will be treated as “Absent” in case signature is not found on “Attendance
Roster”.

6. Printed “Admission Card and Time Table” along with valid Photo Identity proof* is essential at the examination
venue.

7. Before start of the examination, make sure that you are seeing the correct question paper for the subjects you have
enrolled and mentioned in the “Admission Card and Time Table”.

8. a) No candidate will communicate with any other candidate during the course of the examination.
b) No candidate will leave allotted seat before one (1) hour from start of the examination or without permission of
Centre In-Charge.
c) The slot selected for examination will not be changed in any circumstances.
d) Candidate has to confirm the paper submission from the Centre In-Charge, after the completion of examination.
e) Candidate can see the marks scored on the screen after successful submission of questions & answers attended
by him / her.
f) Final result will be declared by Insurance Institute of India (III) within 15-20 working days after the completion of
examination schedule.

9. Candidates are not permitted to keep any reading material, mobile phones etc. with them in the examination hall.
a) The use of simple & scientific calculator is only permitted. The Exam Centre & Insurance Institute of India (III) does
not take any responsibility for providing such calculators.
b) Candidate who have enrolled for IC-28, IC-81 & IC-82 subject should carry his/her own copy of Handbook on
Formulae and Statistical Tables ( provided with IC-28,IC-81 & IC-82 with the text book) at the examination center.
c) Candidate may carry drinking water bottle for self-use.

10. Belongings should be kept at the risk of candidates, for any loss or damage Exam Centre & Insurance Institute of
India (III) will not be responsible.

11. The Board of Education (BOE) is of the view that serious punishment should be awarded to candidates who resort
to unfair means. Accordingly candidates who do so run the risk of being temporarily or permanently debarred from the
sitting at further examinations of Insurance Institute of India (III) by the Board of Education (BOE) or the authority
empowered in this behalf.
